We are seeking a reliable and detail -oriented <\/span>Part -Time Box Office Buyer<\/b> <\/span>to join our growing team. This is a <\/span>W -2 hourly position<\/b> <\/span>with a flexible, part -time schedule.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
In this role, you will complete <\/span>in -person box office ticket purchases<\/b> <\/span>at major Southern California venues, including <\/span>Honda Center (Anaheim)<\/b>, <\/span>Kia Forum and SoFi Stadium (Inglewood)<\/b>, with occasional purchasing in <\/span>downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood<\/b>.
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
Travel to assigned box office locations for concerts, sports, and live entertainment events
<\/p><\/li>
Purchase tickets in person using the company’s order system and <\/span>company -provided credit card<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Accurately record purchase details in the system
<\/p><\/li>
Deliver or ship purchased tickets to the office following company procedures
<\/p><\/li>
Complete additional duties as assigned
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Physically able to drive, ride, or walk to venue locations
<\/p><\/li>
Own a smartphone and are comfortable using mobile apps and online systems
<\/p><\/li>
Available to work a <\/span>flexible schedule of approximately 2–20 hours per week<\/b>, based on venue availability and ticket purchase requests
<\/p><\/li>
Able to work within the general timeframe of <\/span>10:00 AM – 8:00 PM<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Detail -oriented with strong accuracy and follow -through
<\/p><\/li>
Dependable, trustworthy, and easy to reach by phone or text
<\/p><\/li>
Strong verbal communication skills
