This role works closely with designers and drafters to help prepare CAD drawings and ensure project information is organized and accurate.**Primary Responsibilities:*** Assist in creating 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software with guidance from senior team members* Help update drawings based on feedback from the design team* Support the team in meeting project deadlines and communicate progress as needed* Learn basic residential construction methods and design standards* Review drawings for simple errors and make corrections with guidance* Assist in preparing presentation sheets and layouts* Organize and maintain project files and drawings* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive team environment* Show willingness to learn and improve skills over time**SCOPE:*** Decision Impact: Limited to assigned tasks* Department Responsibility: None* Budget Responsibility: None* Direct Reports: None* Indirect Reports: None**Required Education:*** Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)**Required Experience & Skills:*** 0–1 years of experience in design, drafting, or CAD (internships or coursework acceptable)* Basic understanding of residential design or construction concepts* Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar drafting software* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)* Good communication and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple small tasks with guidance* Willingness to ask questions and learn new tools and processes#J-18808-Ljbffr
