We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Canvasser / Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base through door-to-door canvassing, door hanger distribution, and other local marketing initiatives. Position Overview

As a Canvasser / Business Development Representative, you will actively engage with homeowners and businesses through door-to-door outreach and local marketing efforts. You will play an important role in generating new business, spreading awareness about LIME Painting's services, and helping the company continue to grow in the Westchester market!

This position offers strong growth potential for someone who is motivated, personable, and interested in building a career in sales, marketing, or business development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing and distribute door hangers to promote LIME Painting services.
• Engage with homeowners and businesses in a professional, friendly, and positive manner.
• Help generate leads and schedule appointments for estimates.
• Follow up on leads and support efforts to convert prospects into clients.
• Learn about LIME Painting's services, including residential and commercial painting, interior and exterior painting, restoration, and specialty services.
• Document outreach efforts and track performance using company tools.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.
• Represent LIME Painting with energy, confidence, and enthusiasm!

Qualifications

• Previous experience in canvassing, sales, customer service, marketing, or business development is a plus.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based outreach role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with homeowners, business owners, and community members.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Interest in growing within sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Part-time position
• Base Salary:  $18-$25/hr based on experience
