Command and safely operate passenger vessels.Lead and develop crew members.Ensure Coast Guard compliance and safety standards.Conduct pre-cruise planning and emergency drills.Deliver an outstanding guest experience.Support vessel maintenance and operations.

What We're Looking For

Current 100-Ton Captain License.5+ years of marine experience.Strong vessel handling and navigation skills.Leadership experience and safety-first mindset.Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
