Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
- Process and electronically deposit checks.
- Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
- Scan, file, and organize dealership documents.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Professional appearance with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts during the week and every Saturday.
