Part-Time Days Catering Team Member

18+ Years Old; $14/hr

Schedule Available:

• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday hours are 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
• Monday - Saturday Availability (you will only work 5 days a week)
• Possibility of additional hours during certain times of the year, especially the holidays.

Catering Responsiblities

• Assist with all catering (pick-up and delivery) to ensure customer expectations are met
• Answer phones and input new orders within the restaurant POS system (good communiation and phone skills required)
• Prepare and stage all food and accessory items for catering orders
• Politely and professionally interact with catering clients in person and over the phone
• Communicate and coordinate with kitchen leadership on fulfillment of catering orders
• Follow up with clients to ensure all needs and expectations are/were met
• Drive van for deliveries and assist with outside catering events (golf tournaments, weddings, etc.)
