Job Summary:The UPS Store #6828 is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate to join our team in Gilbertsville and Douglassville, PA. This is an hourly, part-time, position, with weekend rotating shifts The Part-Time Center Associate will be responsible for providing superior customer service, sale of all products and services, upholding quality standards, and ensuring prompt processing of customer orders.Compensation & Benefits:This position is hourly, with the shift being weekdays and some rotating weekends. The compensation is $13 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities:• Provide prompt and courteous customer service• Process customer orders effectively and efficiently• Promote the sale of products and services• Ensure accuracy in the processing of customer orders• Assist with store operations by stocking, organizing, and maintaining the customer service counter area• Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails• Provide additional support to the store Manager as requested• Other duties as assigned
