This is an exciting opportunity for a COTA who is passionate about helping residents regain independence, improve daily living skills, and live life to the fullest.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Support residents with activities focused on daily living, strength, coordination, and independence
  • Work closely with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
  • Monitor resident progress and report updates
  • Encourage and motivate residents throughout their therapy journey
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
  • Skilled Nursing or geriatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive, patient-focused attitude
  • Passion for improving resident quality of life
