A private household in Stamford, Connecticut is seeking an experienced Part-Time Private Chef to prepare meals for two principals. This is a long-term, part-time opportunity for a chef who values quality, discretion, and consistency.
Responsibilities
Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for two principals
Cook for occasional dinner parties and small gatherings, including menu planning and execution
Handle grocery shopping, pantry management, and ingredient sourcing
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and adhere to proper food safety standards
Collaborate with the principals on menus and upcoming events
Provide light kitchen cleanup following meal preparation
Qualifications
Prior experience as a private chef
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently in a private home
Ability to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
Schedule & Compensation
2–3 days per week (exact days to be determined with the household)
