Position Objective

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Part-Time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia. and West Virgina.

Job Summary:

The purpose of the High-Security Cleaning Technician is to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in high-security facilities. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong commitment to safety, security, and excellence in customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Must have a valid real I.D. compliant Identification or Driver''s License
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions
