About the Role

Be the person our clients can count on.

As a Part-Time Client Support Representative, youll connect with clients through inbound calls, email, chat, and text. Youll schedule appointments, answer questions, assist with account needs, and help prospective clients take the next step toward scheduling a consultation.

This is a high-volume role where youll balance multiple conversations and systems while providing friendly, accurate, and solutions-focused support.

Compensation

• $19.00 per hour
• Additional earning opportunities through applicable differentials and performance-based incentives

Schedule

• 1624 hours per week
• 45 hour shifts
• Morning and/or evening availability based on business needs
• Weekend availability required
• Additional hours may be available based on business needs

Business Hours:

• MondayThursday: 7:30 AM 9:30 PM
• FridaySaturday: 7:00 AM 9:30 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM 6:30 PM

What Youll Do

• Support current and prospective clients through phone, text, email, and chat
• Schedule appointments and assist with client account needs
• Answer questions and guide prospective clients toward scheduling consultations
• Accurately document client interactions and follow established processes
• Navigate multiple conversations and systems efficiently
• Meet productivity and customer service expectations
• Participate in coaching, feedback, and ongoing development
• Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver a consistent client experience

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask across phone, text, email, chat, and multiple systems
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and attendance
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred
• Appointment scheduling experience preferred
