Patient Health Educator Assistant (Part-Time)
Looking for a part-time position with opportunities to learn and grow? We're seeking a friendly, organized individual to support our Clinical Pharmacy and Diabetes Education team. No pharmacy experience is required-we're happy to train the right person!
In this role, you'll:
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals.
- Assist with medication prior authorizations.
- Answer phones and support patient communication.
- Help prepare patients and educational materials.
- Learn new clinical skills while working alongside pharmacists and diabetes educators.
We're looking for someone with:
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Front desk, administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalency
- Completion of approved medical assistant program or pharmacy technician program desired, medical assistant certification or pharmacy technician certification preferred
- Diabetes prevention assistant certification desired
