About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of PMAutomations.ai, a fast-growing AI automation company seeking a highly skilled Cold Outreach Specialist who excels at phone-based prospecting and appointment setting.

This role is focused on one mission: connecting with senior decision-makers and booking qualified discovery calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted companies and decision-makers
• Navigate gatekeepers and effectively handle objections
• Build rapport quickly and create interest through strong phone conversations
• Schedule qualified discovery calls for the client's sales team
• Track outreach activity and performance metrics

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Available to work during US business hours
• Proven experience with cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting
• Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills
• Skilled in objection handling and overcoming resistance
• Self-motivated, organized, and metrics-driven
• Jeb Blount-trained preferred — candidates who have studied Fanatical Prospecting or completed related programs are highly encouraged to apply
