Part-Time Compassionate Caregiver Needed For Elderly Veterans in Orlando, FL 32810 (2-Hour Shifts 8-10am Mon-Sat)

Location: Orlando, Florida 32810
Pay Range: $16 - $20 per hour

We are in search of a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to the elderly, to join our team in Orlando, FL. If you have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care and support to seniors, we want to hear from you.
As a caregiver to our male veteran client, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities and light homemaking. Your efforts will help create a nurturing environment that fosters emotional and physical well-being. We value our caregivers and offer a supportive work environment along with the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others.
This opening is for 2-hour shifts 8-10am Monday-Saturday, with the ability to pick up extra shifts with other clients when available. Must be OK with dogs in the home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients in daily living activities and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with light housekeeping.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in elder caregiving.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification
• Current eligible Level 2 background screening with AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration)
