The security/concierge team is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and staff. Greet all that come to the community, ensure everyone signs in, answer phones, answers questions, sort deliveries that come in, basic office/clerical functions and respond to resident emergencies by calling the appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner.
• Clerical assistance, Computer experience (Microsoft Office) use of general office equipment, very desirable.
• Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely.
