The Part Time Construction Helper supports construction projects by assisting skilled workers and performing essential site tasks. Working within a small team under the supervision of a Project Manager, this role involves frequent travel between indoor and outdoor job sites. Reliable transportation and physical stamina are critical to success in this fast-paced, hands-on environment.
MUST BE FLEXIBLE WITH SCHEDULE. HOURS NEEDED WILL CHANGE DAILY. PART TIME TO START. FULL TIME AVAILABLE WITH PROVEN RESULTS.
Responsibilities
Handle and organize construction materials
Prepare construction sites for work
Perform site cleanup to maintain safety and efficiency
Assist skilled workers with various construction tasks
Load and unload materials and equipment
Support daily construction activities as directed
Required Qualifications
Entry-level experience in construction environments
Familiarity with basic construction tools
Strong safety awareness and adherence
Physical stamina for manual labor
Ability to work effectively within a small team (1-5 members)
Clear communication skills
Basic math skills
Reliable transportation for frequent travel between sites
