POSITION OVERVIEW

Be part of a team that is dedicated to the mission of “Empowering Voters. Defending Democracy.” Provide administrative support to an all-volunteer non-profit organization.

Approximately 15 hours per month, flexible scheduling with remote work options.

Compensation: $45 an hour.

Technology

  • Maintain member databases
  • Generate membership reports for Board and committees
  • Troubleshoot local ClubExpress databaseissues
  • Maintain organized digital files and records

Program & Event Support

  • Assist with voter protection, registration and education campaigns
  • Provide support for community forums and other events

General Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with the Board of Directors and volunteer committees

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with database/CRM systems (ClubExpress experience a plus), Excel, Word
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable learning new software and troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to League of Women Voters mission of nonpartisan voter education and civic engagement

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with nonprofit membership management
  • Familiarity with website content management systems
  • Experience coordinating with volunteers
