Individual must hold or be able to obtain North Carolina Professional Educators Certificate in the area of 74030 - Cosmetology prior to employment. Must be certified by the North Carolina Cosmetic Art Board as a Cosmetology Instructor. State Salary Scale based on experience with limited benefits.
