Part-Time Custodial Staff - Summer and School Year

Sandyston-Walpack Consolidated School is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our custodial team. This is a part-time position beginning in the summer and continuing through the school year.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas

• Set up and break down spaces for school events and activities

• Monitor and report facility maintenance needs to the appropriate staff

• Follow established health, safety, and sanitation procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred

• Black seal license preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Ability to work cooperatively with school staff

• Hourly Rate range $15.92 - $20.70 per hour, negotiable depending on years of experience
