Position Summary: This position, under direction of the Facilities Manager and delegated supervision of the Maintenance Lead, conducts all cleaning, stocking or materials and supplies and responds to all custodial radio calls for Redwood facilities and grounds. The custodian cleans all rooms, common areas, offices and restrooms; performs floor care and maintenance and assists the maintenance staff with buildings and grounds needs as required. This position maintains, in good clean condition, all areas of Redwood; providing a safe, clean, comfortable and well-functioning facility to fulfill the needs of the organization; employees, clients and our visitors.
