As a Part-Time Customer Service Associate, your empathy and interpersonal skills will help you provide exceptional customer care to NVR homeowners. We'll provide training and resources so you can successfully evaluate a caller's situation to determine proper next steps to resolve the homeowner's concerns. Your eagerness to learn about our homes and processes will help you acclimate quickly to a team committed to high standards. This position pays between $22.00 - $24.00 per hour and will be onsite in our Reston, VA office.
Seeking candidates with availability during core business hours, with the flexibility to work either Saturday or Sunday as needed once fully trained. Training hours are Monday through Friday, (10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
