Part Time Customer Service Position

Are you awesome? Yes? Then we should talk. Martinizing Dry Cleaning is looking for a little bit of awesome and you might be just who we are looking for!

This is a part time position at the number one dry cleaner in the US. No experience necessary, but I only hire people that can have fun and make my customers feel like rock stars and treat them like they are my grandma (I love my grandma).

We provide the training, you provide the awesomeness. We can teach you the job but, we can't teach you to care about people, have a willingness to tackle problems, work hard, and have a great attitude. That's up to you.

You will need to apply your awesomeness to the following responsibilities:

• In-store customer service (waiting on customers)
• Marking in/detailing customer orders
• Contacting customers via phone and email
• Processing wash/dry/fold laundry
• Communicate daily with production staff to ensure no details are missed

This is a perfect 2nd job or maybe after school job for high schoolers (we can probably work with your school schedule).  We are looking for someone to work Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm - 7pm. • Present a professional image to our customers
• Take ownership of and solve problems
• Demonstrate typing skills and computer competence
• Demonstrate spelling and math competence

You also must have a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

We are hiring for Tuesdays and Thursdays 1:00pm-7:00pm

Pay is $14-15/hour depending on qualifications.
