What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner
- Entering calls into ServiceTitan dispatch software
- Dispatching technicians based on job requirements, availability, and geography
- Scheduling service technicians throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas
- Collaborating with service technicians and office staff
- Providing computer data entry and administrative support

What We’re Looking For
- Knowledge of ServiceTitan dispatch software is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2–5 years of experience in a CSR or dispatch environment (preferred but not required)
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs is a plus
- Familiarity with the Phoenix area for efficient technician routing
