Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Staff in meeting new business production goals and objectives.
  • Provide Outstanding customer service to existing and new customers via in person, on telephone and online.
  • Process endorsements, changes and track business.
  • Contact mortgage companies to process endorsements and verify coverage.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A property & casualty license is required within the first 30 days of employment and training is provided.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
