Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with professionalism and care
- Schedule and confirm insurance policy review appointments
- Conduct outbound calls regarding late payments and account follow-ups
- Process customer payments and provide basic account assistance
- Maintain accurate client records and update agency systems
- Support client retention through outreach, thank-you notes, and birthday cards

- Prior customer service experience

- Strong communication and organizational skills
