Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Part-time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you'll be one of the first friendly voices our customers connect with as they place meal orders. We're a mission-driven company doing meaningful work, and we'd love for you to be part of it.The starting wage is $17.00/hour ($18.00/hour for bilingual representatives).This is an onsite position, with opportunities at our Ankeny, Iowa or Des Moines, Iowa locations.Standard work hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30am-2:30pm (20-29 hours/week).This position requires 3 weeks of full-time onsite training, Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm.**Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to**+ Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order+ Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service+ Input order information into the appropriate client order screen+ Document all conversations with client into client information database+ Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file+ Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients+ Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed**Required Skills & Experience**+ High school degree or GED+ 1 year of previous customer service experience+ Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting+ Clear oral communication skills+ Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints+ Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values**Preferred Skills & Experience**+ 1 year of previous call center experience+ Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams+ Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures**Physical Requirements**+ Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers+ Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods+ Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus**Our team members enjoy:**+ Free Breakfast & Lunch+ Casual Dress Code+ Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1+ Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1+ Weekly paychecks+ 401k**Company Overview**Mom's Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999.
