PART TIME Customer Service Representative

A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will…

• Work in a call center environment assisting our clients via phone and email
• Respond to inquiries pertaining to all flood products and other general concerns
• Work closely with other departments within the office to resolve client's issues

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
• Perform customer verifications
• Effectively communicate with customers via telephone, email and fax
• Provide information in response to inquiries about all flood products and services
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Resolve customer inquiries related to flood products and services and make effective notes in each order changed.
• Assist with identifying root causes and explain the best solution to resolve customer concerns in an expedient manner
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in the Microsoft software products, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving skills and problem analysis
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize, research and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
