About the Position
ProductsGo is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. You’ll support the e-commerce brands we work with by helping their customers with order questions, returns, sizing, shipping concerns, and other service needs.
Because our customer service, fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse teams all work under one roof, you’ll have direct access to the people and information needed to resolve issues quickly and provide a better customer experience.
This role will begin with a consistent part-time schedule of Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the role develops.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, telephone, and applicable e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with order status, returns, exchanges, sizing questions, address changes, cancellations, and other order-related requests.
- Research missing, delayed, incorrect, or damaged orders and communicate clear next steps..
- Enter and update customer and order information accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Escalate urgent, sensitive, or complex issues when needed.
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records.
- Learn the products, policies, communication style, and service expectations of assigned brands.
- Assist with shipping claims, customer escalations, chargeback documentation, reporting, and related projects.
- Provide additional support during product launches and higher-volume periods.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service, office, order-processing, or related experience preferred.
- E-commerce, Shopify, apparel, fulfillment, or logistics experience is a plus.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work.
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple computer systems.
- Organized and able to manage several requests while completing necessary follow-up.
- Patient, dependable, and solutions-oriented.
- Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.
- Willing to learn, receive feedback, and ask questions.
- Available to work on-site Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Interested in the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on job-related experience, skills, and qualifications.
