What kind of training will I receive?
We invest in our team members to help them succeed and achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. You will receive the best product and sales training available including hands-on support while you learn our products and systems.
Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No! You dont need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that youll need to be successful!

Do I need my insurance licenses to apply?
No! We will provide the training and support to help you pass your insurance licensing exams and we will reimburse for the cost of the test.

Salary Range: $10.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service needs
* Help clients with billing questions, policy changes, payments, and documentation
* Support onboarding of new customers
* Assist with policy reviews and renewal conversations
* Identify cross-sell opportunities (auto, home, life, umbrella, commercial)
* Document all customer interactions in agency systems
* Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting and policy service issues
* Assist with claims-related questions and customer support
* Support the sales and service team with day-to-day operations
Qualifications
Preferred:
* Customer service experience
* Phone or call center experience
* Administrative or office experience
* Insurance or financial services experience (a plus)
Required:
* Strong communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to multitask
* Positive attitude
* Coachable and willing to learn
Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Licensing
An insurance license is not required to start.
However, the selected candidate will be expected to obtain and maintain Tennessee insurance licenses in:
* Property & Casualty
* Life
* Accident & Health
within 6 months of employment.
