This part-time Customer Service Representative role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone and in person at our Sedalia, MO location, including Saturday rotations.
Responsibilities include assisting with routine account requests, researching and resolving customer issues, cross-selling banking products, processing paperwork for service charge rebates, verifying and updating customer information, balancing checkbooks, and managing ATM/debit card systems.
Additional duties include processing lockbox payments, maintaining documentation, acting as backup for various bank roles, and ensuring security protocols.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work under pressure independently.
Physical requirements involve manual dexterity, bending, standing, and maintaining punctual attendance.
