The Delivery Driver will be responsible for regular deliveries to our customers and stores. The Driver will work to deliver quality products and an amazing level of service to all customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Driver focus will be to work with the supervisor or store management to execute regular on-time delivery of product as needed to support our customers.
The driver will be expected to deliver the ARG brand promise of helpful and amazing service at all times through professional conduct and a proactive approach to solving the problems of customers as they are spotted.
The Driver will handle or assist picking up or receiving, pulling, packing and loading products to be delivered.
Recommend product stocking or special order needs to the supervisor.
Observe and obey all traffic laws and operate safely and efficiently while operating all ARG equipment.
Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
High School or GED equivalent.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration and motivate others both internal and external to perform enthusiastically.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to safely operate vans, trucks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs) regularly, and lifting (up to 100lbs) occasionally with assistance.
Compensation Details
$14.50 per hour
