Part-Time Dietary Aide Medina Hospital

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a world-class hospital in Medina, OH to hire a Dietary Aide. This is a part-time, weekend position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. The pay rate is $15/hour. This role focuses on providing excellent patient service by delivering meals, confirming dietary orders, and ensuring patients receive accurate meal trays in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver meal trays to patient rooms accurately and on schedule.
• Confirm patient meal orders and dietary requirements before delivery.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service while interacting with patients and hospital staff.
• Resolve meal-related concerns and communicate issues appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in food service areas.
• Spend the majority of the shift walking throughout the hospital to ensure prompt meal delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant customer service, hospitality, food service, healthcare, or dietary experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Shift Information:

• 6 AM - 2:30 PM
• 11:30 AM - 8 PM
• Every weekend
