Part Time - Dining Room Production Worker

Job Summary

To maintain the dining facility and to perform general duties in the preparation and service of food on a routine basis and for special events.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Prepares service lines for meals and cleans serving lines after service.

Works on steam table serving line making sure it stays clean and filled

during service hours. Prepares service lines for meals and cleans serving

2. Fills ice dispensers. Arranges beverage glasses on serving shelves. Prepares

coffee. Refills drinks machines as needed. Sets up toaster and operates it

during the breakfast serving hours. Keeps cereal dispensers filled and

Keeps cereal dispenser supplied.

3. Insures that the flow of returning used dishes and glasses to the dish room

window operates efficiently.

4. Replenishes the various areas with supplies and condiments as needed. 10

5. Maintains the dessert lines.

6. Cleans tables, sweeps, and mops floors. Vacuums and spot cleans carpets.

Keeps chairs neatly arranged.

7. Removes garbage from the dining rooms garbage receptacles and replaces

the liners.

8. Performs general cleaning. Cleans spills immediately.

9. Performs duties as assigned for special events and concession stands.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned. .
