Lovering Auto Group is looking for a reliable, organized, and people-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Driver Coordinator supporting our three Lovering Volvo Cars Nashua, Lovering Volvo Cars Concord, and Lovering Volvo Cars Meredith locations.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-Time
• Approximately 3–4 hours per day
• Morning schedule starting around 8:30 AM M-F
• $20/hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle movement between all three dealership locations
• Work closely with sales and service departments to prioritize transportation needs
• Manage and schedule dealership drivers
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance management of driver staff
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments
• Transport vehicles purchased from auctions or other dealerships
• Deliver parts between locations, including regular trips to Meredith
• Step in and drive when additional support is needed
• Help ensure vehicles are moved safely, efficiently, and professionally

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Comfortable managing schedules and coordinating multiple moving pieces
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Automotive or dealership experience is helpful, but not required
