Class Summary
This is a part-time position with a maximum of 1,508 hours per year and is not eligible for paid holidays, leave, or benefits.
Job Description
The Program Leader will be responsible for clear and concise communications for the Early Learning program with program participants, community groups, the public, and staff. This role will be working and interacting with children, caregivers, and staff in a professional and positive manner and must be able to converse with ease and patience in person, on the phone, and on hand-held radio.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma/GED AND
One year of experience in a professional childcare, school, afterschool, or summer camp setting
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will also be considered.
Valid drivers license
CPR/First Aid certification completed within 60 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications in addition to the above minimum qualifications
