PART-TIME ELECTRICIANS WANTED – NIGHTS & WEEKENDS  
Earn $40K–$70K Annually (Hourly + Performance Pay) - Guaranteed minimum pay when you work assigned minimum jobs.
 
 Philadelphia , Montco, Bucks, Delware or Chester residents only living within 30-45 mins . Or must relocate within territory due to nature of after hours appts.

We’re hiring experienced electricians and service techs for:
Evening shifts  
Weekend shifts  
Or both  

This is a flexible, high-opportunity role designed for electricians who want to increase income while maintaining control of their schedule. Must clear background check,   have good driving record (no DUI/DWI) and clear drug screening.

What we’re looking for:  
Experienced residential electrician or service tech  with 8 plus years of experience
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills  and install skills
Professional, customer-first mindset  and should be able to communicate and provide premium service and solve customer issues within emergency window
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work

Required Qualifications


  •  Proven experience as an electrician or service technician  
  •  Strong commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction 
  •  Ability to work independently while following safety and quality standards 
  •  Clear communication skills to explain technical issues to homeowners 
  •  Pride in craftsmanship and continuous improvement 
  •  3+ yrs of residential electrical 
  •  Journeyman license or formal trade certification or willing to get certified
  •  Experience in a residential service-based electrical environment 
  • Experience with ServiceTitan 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional trade or vendor specific installation certification
  • Franchise experience or multi trade residential service tech experience. 
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Ability to learn the new technologies 
  • Mindset to work in team first culture

Work Schedule: Flex — evenings., nights and weekends. This is a part time role to support after hours demands.
