Schedule: 3 days per week | 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Are you someone who loves coaching others, building confidence, and seeing people succeed? As an Employment Support Specialist, you'll work alongside adults with disabilities at community job sites, helping them shine in real-world workplaces.
You won't just supervise - you'll mentor, encourage, problem-solve, and celebrate wins (big and small!). You'll be the bridge that supports both our participants and our business partners to create successful, inclusive work environments.

Provide hands-on supervision and support in community employment settings
Help participants integrate into host company teams

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in vocational and/or day programs
A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Patience, positivity, and a belief in every person's potential
