The temporary Enrollment Agent will provide comprehensive customer service and enrollment support to students, faculty, staff, and community members by assisting with Admissions and Records (A&R) procedures and policies through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. Welcomes and assists visitors at the GateWay Community College Enrollment Center front counter, guiding students through admissions, registration, and schedule planning using self-service technology. Provide support for current and prospective students with Enrollment Center services, including queue management and enrollment processes. Assists with Admissions and Records back-office operation, including high school transcript processing, college transcript data entry, and filing and scanning of documents within Laserfiche. Promote and provide assistance with college technology resources, including the MyInfo App, Student Center, password management tools, Duo Push authentication, and Find a Class. Encourage student engagement by promoting campus events, student activities, and support services. Participate in commencement ceremonies and other college events while maintaining a commitment to exceptional customer service and student success.
