Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Position Overview: Clean Team is hiring a dependable part-time cleaner to support sanitation and janitorial services in an industrial facility in Lima, Ohio. This position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for management staff and visitors. Training is provided, and employees follow established healthcare cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Responsibilities: • Clean and disinfect restrooms, exam areas, and common spaces • Sanitize restrooms following cleaning standards • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain safe walking surfaces • Remove trash and replace liners in designated areas • Refill soap, paper products, and sanitation supplies • Wipe high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and counters • Clean mirrors, glass, and visible surfaces • Follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines • Use cleaning equipment properly and report maintenance issues • Notify supervisors of supply shortages or facility concerns
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Valid drivers license required Reliable transportation with current auto insurance Ability to work independently and stay productive during scheduled hours Strong attendance and attention to detail Comfortable working in a medical or clinical environment Cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training provided Ability to remain on feet and perform routine physical tasks
