Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct evening crew operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
• Monitor job site safety and enforce compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Coordinate daily task assignments and workflow among team members
• Communicate progress updates, issues, and concerns to management
• Inspect completed work for quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Assist with resolving on-site issues and provide guidance to crew members as needed
• Maintain accurate records of hours, materials, and daily activity logs

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in contracting, construction, or a related field preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work evening hours on a part-time schedule
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of job site safety standards and best practices
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Must be located in or able to commute to Nashville, TN
