Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Newton, MA (100% Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, ~9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (flexible start time)
Hours: 20-25 hours/week
Duration: Long-term temporary

Compensation: $30-$35/hour based on previous experience
Overview
A growing, technology-driven organization is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role combines traditional executive support with light office coordination and offers high visibility across leadership and key stakeholders.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs while managing sensitive information with discretion. This role requires a polished communicator who can effectively interact with internal teams, board members, and external partners while maintaining a professional and positive presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for senior executives
- Support presentation preparation and occasional personal administrative tasks
- Oversee day-to-day office coordination, including vendors, supplies, and catering
- Communicate with board members and coordinate logistics as needed
- Plan and support meetings and events, including scheduling and execution
- Track and process expenses and administrative documentation
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of executive assistant or administrative experience preferred (strong junior candidates considered)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Highly proactive with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional, and service-oriented approach
