Client Overview:
Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit in the banking industry that is seeking a Part-Time Executive Assistant to support their Leadership team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$35/hr

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Executive Assistant will provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth calendar management, meeting coordination, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Executive Assistant:
  • Proactively manage and optimize the executive's calendar, prioritizing meetings and effectively resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups, to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and organizing gifts or events.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, exercising strong judgment, anticipating needs, and staying one step ahead.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and promptly.
Required Experience/Skills for the Part-Time Executive Assistant:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve complex scheduling conflicts.
  • Excellent written communication skills, paired with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional, personable, and polished phone presence.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
  • Prior experience in finance, banking, or nonprofit environments.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent relevant professional experience.
