About the Position

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a seasoned Bookkeeper for a part-time opportunity.

This position is best suited for someone who has several years of hands-on bookkeeping experience, knows QuickBooks well, and is confident handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities with minimal supervision. 

The ideal candidate is someone who specifically wants a part-time schedule and can step into the role with the knowledge and experience needed to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter and maintain financial information in QuickBooks
• Assist with payroll processing
• Prepare and maintain financial reports
• Keep accurate and organized financial records
• Review transactions for accuracy
• Handle general bookkeeping and accounting-related duties
• Work independently and manage priorities effectively 

What We're Looking For

• Several years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience is a must
• Solid knowledge of AR/AP, payroll, and financial reporting
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Accurate and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Looking for a long-term, part-time opportunity

Ideal Candidate

We're really looking for someone who has been doing bookkeeping for years and knows the ins and outs of the job. This is not an entry-level bookkeeping position. The right person will be comfortable jumping into QuickBooks and handling the books without needing extensive training.
