Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our ThedaCare at Work Onsite clinic in Appleton.
Opportunity Details:
- Part-time: 0.5 FTE
- Clinic hours: Monday & Wednesday 7a-5:30p
- Location: TCAW Onsite- 3925 N. Gateway Dr, Appleton
- Provider would support the City of Appleton and Appleton Area School District as a primary care provider
- Clinic supports the employees and their families ages 12 months and older
- No weekends or holidays
- Patient Census: 5-12 patients a day

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with:
- 3-5 years of APC experience
- Previous primary care experience
- Comfort caring for the pediatric population
