We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Part-Time Facilities Manager to help maintain and oversee the church campus. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, safe, organized, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Oversee general maintenance and upkeep of the church and facilities
Perform basic repairs and maintenance as needed
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when necessary
Monitor building systems and report maintenance issues
Assist with room setups and breakdowns for church events and activities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Perform light cleaning and grounds maintenance as needed
Keep track of maintenance needs, supplies, and projects
Ensure facilities are ready for services, meetings, and special events
Respond to facility-related needs in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
Previous facilities, maintenance, custodial, or building management experience preferred
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable performing basic repairs and maintenance
Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks as needed
