Part Time Facilities & Operations Assistant

Role Summary-

The Facilities & Operations Assistant supports the daily maintenance, functionality, and safety of company facilities and property. This role supports facility-related requests and helps to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment. This is a part-time position onsite in Los Angeles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary

• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance and operation of company facilities.
• Submit, track, and follow up on maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinates repairs, preventive maintenance, service requests, and facility projects.
• Conducts routine facility inspections to identify maintenance, safety, and operational concerns.
• Supports facility moves, reconfigurations, and workspace set up activities.
• Supports with vendor and contractor management while on site.
• Maintains accurate facilities documentation and logs records.
• Maintains storage areas and ensure facilities equipment and supplies are organized and accessible.

Education, Experience, & Skills Required-

• 1-3 years’ work experience in a facility related role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating and working with vendors and service providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility maintenance processes preferred.
