Facilities Technician Sparks, NV | Part-Time | $30/hr DOE Via Seating is hiring a Part-Time Facilities Technician ! If youre someone who enjoysassuring the effective functioning of a manufacturing facility, it's equipment and machinery to ensure an efficient and safe working environment for employees in their activities, this may be the opportunity for you! Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour Higher starting pay possible depending on experience What Youll Do: Perform required wide ranging general repairs and maintenance to cutting tables, sewing machines, plumbing, electrical, presses, saws, drills, steamers and other small tools and tasks in order to support the facility and the production department Identifies outside contractor services required for major repair or maintenance and makes recommendations for purchase when replacement or new equipment is required Evaluates long-term needs in relation to major projects and property improvements and communicates to management Ensures timely repairs and preventative maintenance performed on all equipment and machinery Develops, implements, and maintains up-to date records for all maintenance and equipment including all repair history and subsequent costs What You Bring 2+ years experience in all phases of building maintenanceKnowledge and experience using a broad range of maintenance, testing and trade tools Why Join Via Seating?
