Part-Time Facility Manager (3rd Shift)
Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable, detail-oriented, and accountablePart-Time Facility Manager (3rd Shift) to maintain the cleanliness, readiness, and safety of two of indoor sports facilities overnight. This is a highly flexible, independent role ideal for someone seeking consistent extra income during late night hours.
This role includes cleaning, restocking, and basic facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean simulator suites, common areas, and bathrooms
• Restock supplies (paper products, soap, towels, tees, etc.)
• Empty trash and recycling
• Report any damaged equipment and/or facility issues
• Reset rooms and ensure facility is guest-ready by early morning
• Drive between our Montgomery and Columbia-Tusculum locations while on shift
• Submit a daily digital checklist with photos for accountability

What We're Looking For

• Extremely reliable and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Comfortable working alone overnight (2–5 AM)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel between locations

Bonus Experience (not required)

• Janitorial, cleaning, custodial, facility maintenance, or handyman work
• Experience using basic hand tools and performing simple repairs

Compensation

• $18/hour starting rate
• 1.5–3 hours per night, ~10–20 hours per week
• Consistent, year-round hours
• Opportunity for additional responsibilities and pay increases based on performance
