Department of Counseling & Human Services is looking for Part time faculty to teach COU 628 Life Span Human Development (3 credits).
Developmental theory and research pertaining to change and consistency across the lifespan. Focus on the facilitation of human development for persons of varying background and experience. Application of developmental principles to counseling practice.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience related to addressing key developmental issues-physical, cognitive, socioemotional-across all stages of life.
- Emphasis should be placed on the application of developmental principles to counseling practice as a constant class focus.

Responsibilities
- The instructor is required to: meet weekly with students for class (i.e. group supervision), develop and execute lesson plans, provide feedback on students' counseling recordings, provide feedback on student process notes, provide formative and summative feedback to students, complete written evaluations, and communicate with site supervisors and program coordinators as necessary.
