Regular and substitute positionsCLINICAL ASSIGNMENT POTENTIAL AVAILABILITY Fall Spring Semester Pediatrics 2 positions OB 1 position Days & TimesDays or Saturday LocationsTo be determinedRESPONSIBILITIES Implements the Colleges philosophy curriculum program outcomes and course objectives through clinical teaching. Assumes responsibility for all autonomous aspects of individual teaching assignments. Plans clinical experiences for and provides direct supervision and evaluation ofnursingstudents deliveringnursingcare to an individual or group of individuals. Evaluates and provides documented feedback to student on level of performance based on course objectives. Available for remediation of students as required or needed. Orients and maintains current knowledge related to clinical policies procedures and expectations. Develops and posts clinical assignments consistent with students knowledge base skill competency and individual learning needs. Grades homework quizzes tests lab assignments clinical paperwork and other written work in a timely manner. May teach didactic course content under supervision of lead instructor. Keeps lead instructor informed of all student issues and concerns.QUALIFICATIONS BSN required. MSN with teaching experience preferred.COMPENSATION Part-time clinical instructors earn 52.80 per hour.
